The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-9A-7a, relating to requiring State Board of Education to propose revisions to calculation of allowance for service personnel to provide additional positions to meet student transportation needs of certain lower population density districts; and requiring a report to the Legislature.
